Turnomix is a staff sizing and costing software as a service (SaaS), operated by TID Analytics. The service lets you model the coverage demand of a contract or tender and obtain staffing, shift, and cost scenarios that comply with the labor regulations of the relevant country.
Turnomix does not offer public sign-up or a free plan. Accounts are activated exclusively through a commercial process: the customer requests access, the Turnomix team coordinates a demo and evaluation, and the account is provisioned once commercial terms are agreed. There is no self-registration path.
Access is exclusively for the customer's own business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or making the service available to third parties is prohibited without an explicit commercial agreement with Turnomix.
The optimization engine, the software, and the Turnomix brand are the property of TID Analytics. The data the customer uploads to the platform (contracts, staffing requirements, operational information) remains the customer's property.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for the use of its access credentials. Turnomix is a decision-support tool: it does not replace legal or labor advice, and final responsibility for the regulatory compliance of the staffing contracted rests with the customer.
Service levels, availability, and support are defined in the specific commercial agreement signed with each customer.
Turnomix provides staffing and cost estimates based on the data and parameters the customer enters. The final decision on the staffing to contract and its implementation is the customer's responsibility.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified to customers with an active account.
