These terms govern access to and use of the public website turnomix.com. They do not replace or amend the commercial agreements entered into by Avonlea Systems SpA with its customers for the Turnomix software.

1. Website operator

Turnomix is a brand and product whose public website is operated by Avonlea Systems SpA, Chilean tax ID 77.890.325-3, a company incorporated in Chile ("Avonlea"). Contact us at contacto@turnomix.com.

2. Scope and acceptance

By browsing this website, you accept these terms of use. If you disagree, you should stop using it. Visiting the website does not create a commercial, employment, partnership, agency, or advisory relationship with Avonlea.

3. Informational website and sales process

The website provides general information about Turnomix and lets you request a demonstration. It does not allow you to purchase, pay for, or contract the software, or create an account. A demo request is not an offer or commercial acceptance. Services, pricing, support levels, customer-data processing, and other SaaS terms are agreed in a separate written contract.

4. Permitted use

You may consult and share links to the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, scrape content abusively, impersonate others, submit unlawful information, or use the brand or content in a misleading manner.

5. Intellectual property

The Turnomix brand, design, text, graphics, software, models, documentation, and other content belong to Avonlea or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to view the website. No intellectual-property rights are transferred.

6. Information and decisions

We seek to keep information clear and current, but features may evolve. Public content is general information, not legal, employment, or accounting advice, and not a guarantee of results. Staffing, cost, and compliance decisions must be validated against each operation's facts and with the appropriate advisers.

The website may link to external domains or services, including the private application. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Avonlea does not control third-party websites or accept responsibility for their content, subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
