From that demand, Turnomix calculates feasible core and backup staffing alternatives and models their cost under the evaluated configuration.
Shift scenarios and strategies
Compare multiple ways to cover the same contract: 8- or 12-hour shifts, with relief or with overtime, different meal-break setups. Every scenario is saved and editable, without losing earlier versions.
Per-country regulatory parameters
Working-hour limits, rest periods, and surcharges can be configured for the operation being evaluated. The responsible team must review their validity and applicability before using a scenario.
Costing and financial simulation
Each scenario shows its staffing cost according to the configured components. You can change alternatives and review which assumptions explain the difference before using a figure.
Ranking and proposal comparison
When you generate several strategies for the same contract, Turnomix presents their coverage, modeled cost, and parameters so the team can compare them explicitly.
Export and reports
The staffing, shift schedule, and cost detail export at the level of detail needed to attach to a proposal or for internal review.

No. Turnomix is a decision-support tool: it calculates staffing and costs based on the legal parameters we define together, but final responsibility for regulatory compliance remains yours.
