When you request a demo we collect the data you enter in the form: name, work email, company, sector, and phone (optional). If your company becomes a customer, we also process the operational data you upload to the platform (contracts, staffing requirements, scenarios) and product usage data.
To contact you and coordinate the demo, to assess whether Turnomix fits your operation, and, once you're a customer, to provide the service and support you.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We use technical infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and transactional email) solely to operate the service, under their own confidentiality terms.
Contact data from demo requests that don't advance to a customer relationship is kept for a reasonable commercial follow-up period. Active customer data is kept for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, as agreed in each case.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@turnomix.com.
The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
