Privacy policy

This policy explains how Avonlea Systems SpA processes personal data obtained through the public website turnomix.com. It does not cover customer operational data inside the private application, which is governed by each commercial agreement.
1. Controller
The controller is Avonlea Systems SpA, Chilean tax ID 77.890.325-3, a company incorporated in Chile. Privacy contact: contacto@turnomix.com.
2. Data we process
When you request a demo, we process your name, work email, company, sector, optional phone number, language, and request content. The infrastructure also processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, method, response status, request identifiers, and general device or network data.
3. How we obtain data
We receive data directly from you when you submit the form or email us. Technical data is generated when your browser communicates with Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not obtain personal-data lists from brokers for this website.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer your request, arrange a demo, assess commercial fit, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot, and measure aggregate website performance. Submitting the form records your request and consent to be contacted. From December 1, 2026, pre-contractual steps and legitimate interests under Chilean Law 21,719 may also apply, subject to your rights. We do not use this data for third-party advertising or automated decisions with legal effects.
5. Providers and international transfers
We do not sell or rent personal data. Cloudflare, Inc. and its affiliates provide CDN, security, Worker execution, email, and observability, and may process technical or form data on Avonlea's behalf from infrastructure outside Chile. We may use other strictly necessary providers subject to confidentiality, security, and applicable contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Demo requests that do not result in a commercial relationship are retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction and then deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation or legal claim requires retention. Worker logs are retained for no more than 7 days. Customer data is governed by its contract, not this period.
7. Analytics and cookies
The website does not set advertising cookies or use local storage to profile visitors. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and performance without cookies or localStorage and, according to its documentation, without collecting personal data. If we add a non-essential technology requiring consent, we will provide prior information and appropriate controls.
8. Your rights
You may request information and access, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or cancellation where applicable, and object to marketing. Once Law 21,719 takes effect, its expanded rights and procedures for erasure, objection, portability, and blocking will also apply. Email contacto@turnomix.com; we may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also contact the competent authority or courts.
9. Security
We use reasonable and proportionate safeguards, including HTTPS, form limits and validation, anti-abuse controls, restricted email delivery, security headers, and logs that omit form-field content. No system is infallible; incidents and notices will be managed under applicable law.
10. Children
The website and demo are intended for company representatives, not minors. We do not knowingly collect children's or teenagers' data through the form.
